Generations HIV
Considered a new media AIDS Quilt for the 21st Century, GENERATIONS HIV is a hands-on video-based storytelling booth that will record unheard stories about the impacts and affects of HIV/AIDS on people around the world today.
GENERATIONS HIV storytelling booth participants in San Francisco will have the unique opportunity to begin this global digital conversation by asking and/or answering questions about HIV/AIDS or telling their own HIV stories. This cross-generational dialogue will become a permanent part of The HIV Story Project’s interactive web community, where people from around the globe will be invited to continue the dialogue, share their knowledge and offer support.
GENERATIONS HIV world premiered at Under One Roof in San Francisco, California. It will travel to other destinations in the Bay Area and beyond to record stories and offer this unique opportunity to people from all walks of life. Eventually, the application that runs the booth will be here on our website, and allow for a truly global dialogue to emerge. In addition, the videos will be published on the web soon.
GENERATIONS HIV will be recording stories again soon. Check back or sign up for our mailing list to find out when and where.
